At Furwarm, we work with trusted fulfilment partners in the United Kingdom and internationally to bring you a carefully selected range of pet clothing and accessories.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

Most orders are typically delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location.

Some products may be dispatched from our UK-based partners, while others may be shipped from our international fulfilment partners.

Order Processing

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During busy periods, promotions or public holidays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

Multiple Parcels

If you order more than one item, your products may occasionally arrive in separate parcels and on different dates. This is because we work with multiple fulfilment partners.

You will not be charged additional delivery fees simply because your order is sent in separate parcels.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or periods of unusually high demand.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
